Refund Policy
At NICESAUCES ENTERPRISE, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. We regret that return or refunds cannot be accommodated unless it is damaged or has extensive defects discovered upon receiving of the items. In the event items lost or damage in transportation, it will be accounted for by third party logistics partner.
RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
- Effort must be made to notify us within 2 hours of receiving the items to specify any defective issues or misplaced orders.
- You have to include the following details in the email: Order number, photo of damaged item (as proof of damage) and the reason for refunds/exchanges (so that we can improve!) and notify us.
- Once we have received your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions. To exchange item, please let us know the item you would like to have in exchange.
- You will need to bear the shipping charges and/ or any cost incurred when returning the item(s) to us and also the redelivery charges for new exchange item. However, if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear all the cost of return shipping (as long as you use a standard shipping method) and we will make sure we send the correct items to you, ALL at our expense.
- Refund for returned items will be made within 15 days of the return of the product.
